About Us

Feral State practices are preventative health and movement arts experiences funded and developed as a response to the US Surgeon General's Advisory warning of public health issues culminating around  the harmful effects of

loneliness, sedentary lifestyle, screens, addiction, and a recent decline in American mental health.

All of our evidence-based practices are built to partner with public health leaders to develop healthy individuals and vibrant communities aiming to improve the social determinants of health.

The word FERAL: refers to "a wild and free state experienced in the nervous system after escape from captivity and domestication". Feral State programming pulls people away from the captivity of screens, vanity, rumination, and a lifestyle of isolation into wild & free states of breath, movement, physicality, expression, connection, and music.
